OVERVIEW Welcome to C-Block Tech! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to C-Block Tech. By visiting or purchasing from our store, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our store.

SECTION 2 – OUR PRODUCTS We have made every effort to accurately represent our products. Colours and appearance may vary slightly depending on your device screen. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.
SECTION 3 – ORDERS Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. C-Block Tech reserves the right to accept or decline any order. Your order is confirmed once payment is received and an order confirmation email is sent. Please review your order carefully before submitting, as cancellations may not be possible once an order is accepted.
SECTION 4 – PRICES AND BILLING All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR) and are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase. You agree to provide accurate and complete payment information for all purchases.
SECTION 5 – SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We deliver nationwide across South Africa via Aramex Couriers. Standard shipping is R99 for orders under R1,000. Free shipping applies to orders of R1,000 and above. Delivery takes 3–7 business days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary for outlying areas. Once your order is handed to the courier, risk of loss passes to you.
SECTION 6 – INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on this store, including trademarks, text, images, graphics, and product descriptions, is owned by C-Block Tech or its licensors and is protected under South African and international intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our prior written consent.
SECTION 7 – THIRD-PARTY LINKS Our store may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those sites. Accessing third-party sites is at your own risk.
SECTION 8 – RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY C-Block Tech is powered by Shopify. Any purchases made in our store are made directly with C-Block Tech. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and C-Block Tech.
